I need a machine tomorrow, is this possible?

We always strive to support our customers and on occasions we will be able to deliver last minute, but for the best offers we recommend you contact us a few weeks prior to wanting to hire a particular piece of equipment as some machines get booked out quickly and for long length of time than others.

Do I need insurance when hiring equipment from you?

Short answer is yes.

We require all our customers to prove they have valid insurance that will cover the equipment whilst on hire. However we do offer Hire Guard insurance policies however this is a third party service and will require Hire Guard's approval on each hire application. Please contact a member of our team for more information.

Yes, a deposit required for all cash hires, this is refunded when the equipment is returned, minus the hire cost.

£1 to £500 = £25.00 Deposit
£501 to £1,000 = £50.00 Deposit
£1,001 to £2,000 = £75.00 Deposit
£2,001 to £2,500 = £100.00 Deposit
£2,5001 to £5,000 = £500.00 Deposit

Payment Terms

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

30-day account
If you'd like to hire equipment on a regular basis with up to 30 days' credit, please apply to open an account with us. By visiting the 'Open Credit Account'.

Returning Equipment after hire

If you have finished with the equipment early and wish to return it to us please just call a member of our team.

Delivered equipment will be collected at our earliest opportunity and convenient for you – usually the next working day.

Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?

Yes, we ask that you clean equipment hired from us before returning it. A cleaning charge will be levied if equipment is returned dirty.

Please make every effort to clean the equipment before it is returned. Dirty machines will normally result in a cleaning charge.

Delivery and Collection

We charge for both delivery and collection. Prices will depend on time and location. This will be quoted to you as part of the hire package. To receive a quotation please contact a member of our team.

Workshop Repairs

We offer in-house mechanics that can repair machine equipment at our headquarters in Wincanton.
